Reschedule/Cancels & Refund Policy
 
Jeannette reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time. Jeannette will make every attempt to do so in a timely manner. If she cancels a reading due to being ill or unforeseen circumstances, Jeannette will do her best to find the next best appointment time or give you the option of a full refund.
